This is a great way to stay healthy.-This instructional DVD was produced with great care. It was a DVD that I purchased because I felt I was losing track of important information and/or needed to review the details from my weekly class. The DVD met all my requirements admirably. It starts from scratch. I found the section in which the foundational movements are taught in isolation to very helpful in co-My hand and arm movements are arranged with my steps.
