Episode 1: Family, Friends & Lovers
This episode examines the importance of relationships and their centrality to our emotional well-being.-being. How can we understand the cognitive and neurological processes that underpin our daily interactions?
Episode 2: Facing Our Fears
In the second episode we will look at emotions that can be considered obstacles to happiness. These include fear, anxiety, and despair. What are these emotions? How can we best manage them. Negative emotions are essential to survival. Our brains were designed to survive. Negative emotions can become out of control and cause debilitating symptoms.
Episode 3: Rethinking Happiness
The last episode focuses on happiness. It is crucial to our well-being.-Yet, being is so difficult for many. It is important to understand what it is and how can we achieve more of it.

It contains vetted resources, as well as opportunities for building social support networks around subjects such as early attachment, healing strained or damaged relationships and PTSD, depression, grief and resilience, and the pursuit of happiness.
