John Lovick He lives in Los Angeles and works as a writer, performer, and theatre director. Handsome Jack, his secret alter-ego, performs regularly at Hollywood’s Magic Castle. There, he was nominated 11 times in a succession for Parlour Magician, of the Year. This means he has lost an incredible eleven years!
John Perhaps his most well-known magic work is SWITCH: Unfolding The 100 Bill Change. He is also well-known for his product reviews, and performer profiles which have been published in MAGIC magazine and Genii magazine.
He is the inventor of “The Reparation”The most popular Torn and Restored Card handling item that has been a top seller for fifteen years. He is also the co-author of Aaron Fisher’s The Paper Engine and wrote Experience, and MAYHEW, books about the magic of Jon Allen and Steve Mayhew, respectively.
He has performed across the United States and has given lectures to magic organizations in Canada and Australia.
