Can I still have alcohol during the program?
We recommend that you stay away from alcohol. Your body will choose to metabolize alcohol over any other process, such as fat burning, for at least 24 hours. Limit alcohol to one serving for Leg Day if it is a treat that you absolutely need.
Is the men’s program different from the women’s?
No. Both men and women have the same workout and food schedule.
I am scheduled for a surgery. How can the program be modified for me?
Don’t exercise until your doctor gives you permission. The food cycle, fasting and whole eating are all important.-food nutrition. You do not need to change your macros in MFP just because you won’t be working out.
I am taking medication that has to be taken at specific times of the day with food—can the program be modified?
Yes, absolutely! No. Fasting is not meant to replace any current or past medical conditions. If medications need to be taken 12 hours apart and with food, please do so—we can modify the fasting schedule as needed.
Are there strict dietary requirements to complete this program?
For our clients, we offer a weekly meal planning service. There is a regular meal plan as well as a vegan meal plan. This is simply a guide for our clients’ convenience and not required to follow the program.
Do I have to join a fitness club? Do you think a gym membership will help me achieve better results?
We offer a gym at-Low prices and home-Impact workouts. All of them are effective, and you’re welcome to try any one.
Are there any supplements or shakes I can purchase to help me with this program?
No! Throughout the program we will talk about the importance of probiotics, protein, and other supplements like BCAA’s. Although we love sharing the products that we use, they are not required to be part of this program. FASTer Way believes in real food. This program is based on that belief. Hard work, dedication, and optimism are all that is needed.
How often can I talk to Amanda, creator of FASTer?
Amanda will be available via video for trainings or workouts on a frequent basis. However, due to high volumes of clients, she is unable to provide individual consultations.
I don’t want to lose weight, I only want to learn how to eat healthy—is this program still good for me?
Absolutely! It’s about helping our bodies transition from sugar to this program.-Burning fat-burning. If you have a lot of weight to shed, weight loss may be accidental. This program aims to build lean muscle and establish hormonal health. It also aims to lose excess fat.
If I don’t eat breakfast, I feel dizzy and nauseated. How can I avoid this?

Can I exercise if I have a spinal condition?
Absolutely! Nutrition is key—and our main focus. You don’t need to exercise to follow the program.
Can the program be modified if I have a thyroid problem?
Yes! Yes, but please check with your doctor to make sure that the program fits your needs.
How can I change the program because I have bad knees?
Although we have a low percentage of vacancies,-Impact workouts are a modified version of regular exercise, but they are not essential to the program. Include low-calorie foods and walks as part of your nutrition focus.-As many impact exercises as you require.
Can I do the program and the exercises if I have diastasisrecti?
Yes. Yes. However, you should talk to your doctor or physical therapy about how to modify any core movements such as planks.
Do you think the FASTer way is okay for me?
Yes, our focus is on healing the gut.
I need to lose 40 pounds. Can this be done?
Yes, clients can lose up to 40 pounds. They also have incredible success.
I have worked very hard to lose a lot of weight and am scared that your program will make me gain weight back—are you sure I will be okay?
Yes! Yes, but we ask that you keep your mind open, remain positive, and trust the process. We do not care about weight gain or loss.-Scale victories, changes in body composition, and daily wins are more important than the number on the scale.
I enjoy running and being active outside. Is it possible to still complete this program, or will I feel so hungry?
Absolutely! We can adjust your macros to satisfy your hunger if you’re on the program.
I work shifts so I can’t exercise every day. What are my options?

What is a macro? Is there a macro?
A “macronutrient” Macro is an acronym for macro. The macro food is any type of food that contains large amounts of fat, protein, or carbohydrate. A micro, or micronutrient is a chemical element, or substance, that is needed in trace amounts to support the normal growth of living organisms (vitamins and minerals, for example).).
What is carb cycling?
A carb cycling plan is a deliberate variation on your carbohydrate intake every week. The majority of carb cycling plans include high and low carb days. Our cycle is based on the exercises we will do to maximize fat loss and energy.
What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent Fasting is not a kind of diet. Your body is always in one of two states—fed or fasted. In the fed state (anytime your body is digesting food), your body’s elevated insulin levels make burning fat a challenge. Fasted however (8-Your insulin levels will drop 12 hours after your body has finished digesting. This means that your insulin levels will be lower and more able to reach your fat stores. Most people don’t go to sleep fast during the day. The traditional belief that we should eat several small meals each day prevents us from ever getting to a fasted state. Additionally, this type of eating routine regularly increases insulin levels which hinders fat loss. While eating small meals per day may lead to weight loss (calorie shortages always do), you’ll likely lose both muscle and fat. You lose calories-Burning muscle can lower your metabolism and make it more difficult for your body fat to be burned. Even though you exercise and eat clean, you might feel frustrated that you don’t feel toned or fit.
What if I fast every day?
Yes. We call this the FASTer way to fat loss because we emphasize cutting-edge implementation.-Edge nutrition strategies include intermittent fasting.

Can you show me how to adjust MFP settings to match the FASTer Way?
Yes. This will be covered in the Prep training. Your coach will provide any guidance and portal information.
Do all cardio workouts need to be done in a fasted state?
All the workouts can be completed when you have the time. You don’t have to do them quickly, but they can be done quickly.
Do I need to purchase the premium version of MyFitnessPal
It doesn’t mean you have to. But, once you learn how to adjust macros it can be much easier.
Do I need to cook separate meals from the family’s?
Although you can enjoy the same meals as your spouse and children with no problem, consider that your family may have unique nutritional needs.
What does it matter when I exercise?
Nope! They can be fitted when you are able.
I’m nursing/breastfeeding, can I safely participate in the FASTer Way? What modifications should you make?
You can still follow the FASTer Way, but with some modifications. We will also keep an eye on how much milk you have. However, when you eat the foods God intended for you to eat (an adequate amount of whole foods and water), you won’t see a decrease in milk supply. He’s designed our bodies intentionally, so fueling them well will not affect that. We will however be careful to monitor your caloric intake as a result of excessive calorie restriction and intense training that can affect your milk supply. The FASTer way is safe for nursing mothers and is meant to fuel your body.
