February was the year that I launched a new website called e.-commerce drop shipping store. It was quickly scaled up in the first month and I made around $2,000/day. It was not bad but I wanted to do more. So I ed putting more & more money into ads daily but the weird thing was my revenue ed drastically decreasing. Not only that but my Facebook™ CPM’s went way up, my CTR’s went below 1.0%, my CPC’s 3x’d, & most importantly my ROAS was no longer positive.

This was the moment I discovered my competitor’s website. They were selling the exact same product that was driving 95% of my sales. I also saw their Facebook™ ads and they were the exactly the same as I was running. I also used a Google Chrome extension to check their sales. It showed that they were making approximately $10,000 per day in sales.

It was a minor issue, but it’s part of drop shipping. It was great to see the product actually making that much per day! So I decided to turn off my ads and start thinking about ways that I could beat my new competitor.

I knew I had a fantastic store, a hot product and the right demographic to target. The only thing left was branding the ads. Drop shippers often don’t do this.

Within a week I had my strategy implemented and on the first day back on Facebook™ I spent $124 on ads and made…. $1,443 in sales! On top of that all my Facebook™ CPM’s, CTR’s, CPC’s, & ROAS were back up and even better than before.

I increased my ads throughout the week to reach $10,000 in one day. After this happened I knew that my new Facebook™ advertising strategy would be used in all and any new e-Commerce businesses of mine
