Fat Faux Pas #2: Doing Cardio To Lose Fat
You’ve probably heard the advice; to gain muscle you lift weights and to burn fat you do cardio.This advice is simply untrue.
Traditional “Cardio” Any exercise that is done for longer than 30 minutes.-60 minutes) period of time to get your body into it’s “fat burning zone” Jogging on a treadmill for 45 mins is a good idea.
Cardio is not a good idea if you are trying to lose fat. Here are three reasons cardio is a bad idea.
1) Do you really have the time as a mom to do 30?-Do you want to do boring cardio for 90 minutes each day? If your fitnessprogram doesn’t realistically fit into your schedule, don’t even try getting it started.
A fitness program that is unrealistically designed has a 100% failure rate. Even if you do manage to lose a few extra pounds, it is still a failure rate of 100%.-yo effect of regaining the weight will further wreak havoc on your already out of Sync hormones causing you to… you guessed it, gain more fat.
