These ingredients were like instant noodles. Because I only needed the ingredients, it was simple to prepare a meal. And once I had them, I found that putting the ‘ingredients’ together gave me immense clarity. This allowed me to express myself, and not depend on others (e.g., a copywriter) who would do it for me.
