To To simplify, a resolution can be described as a decision. A goal, on the other hand, is a goal. But decisions and goals don’t make them happen. To make something happen, you must take action. Plans can sometimes work. Plans can sometimes fail to work. Many people are confused by this because they identify with plans. This means that they believe that if a strategy fails, it is a failure.
