Every activity we do is designed for people to start where they are and to develop the habits that will take them to where they want to be. You can start from wherever you are. This applies to all our courses, as well as this retreat online.
Our community is amazing. It’s a wonderful, inspiring place. They come from all walks of life, including children in school and adults over 80. They’re from dozens of countries worldwide. They can be entrepreneurs or chief executives, librarians and professors, scientists and researchers as well as studio owners and instructors. They are mothers and fathers, their daughters and sons, as well as lifelong friends.
What you get
You can watch 28 daily talks, meditations, practice sessions, and simple kitchen and cooking videos. Home creations and Simple Finance Wellbeing Tracker cover a broad range of topics. They are all focused on clearing away any obstacles and helping you become your unbounded creative self.
Progress: Everyone learns at their own pace and in their own ways. This retreat is yours to complete in your own time. The adult learning model we follow is the one that we use. with all our courses, and we’re here to support everyone individually. Even if you’ve completed everything, you still have access to it all, so you can come back anytime you need it.
