21 Day Breathwork Meditation Journey
This powerful breathwork technique can transform your life by transforming your emotions and boosting your self-esteem. Passion is key to peak performance, as coaches know.
This technique can also be used as a powerful self-hypnotic tool to embed your intentions in your subconscious mind. Your brain stem will tune into the frequency that is necessary for you to achieve your dream life goals.
You can expect to live a life filled with positive surprises and synchronicities once you start your journey towards awakening to your full human potential.
The Awakening Breathing exercises stimulate the scientifically-proven method of intermittent hypoxic therapy (IHT), without the need for expensive equipment.
Course Schedule
This course will split into an introductory component, lasting 3 days, and then 3 weeks of breathing meditations. Each breathwork meditation session includes 5-10 minutes of diaphragmatic, rhythmical breathwork and 4-5 minutes of breath retention techniques. For 2-3 minutes, the goal spO2 level should be between 80-85% to achieve the desired outcomes and benefits.
During the introduction period, you will receive some thought-provoking exercises and a tutorial video on how to perfect your breathing technique in order to be ready for your first live meditation. Once the introductory period has ended, you will receive 1 live session per week (total 3 sessions + a wrapup call at end). You will also be able to download guided meditations and exercises for the remainder of each week.

This new study, by Dr Jeff Tarrant, a leading neuroscientist and founder at NeuroMeditation Institute shows that the 22-minute session SOMA takes place. Breath’s Daily Dose generated brainwave activity within the Default Mode Network, (DMN), comparable to psychedelics.
