These courses are linked on many levels. Let me briefly outline one by defining two types. “attraction”.

How these Courses are Constructed and To Make Them Most Useful

These courses include the following:
1. Live footage from seminars I’ve done in the past year, some with video commentary by me on the side, some without.
2. Videos I’ve specially created for this course with my web cam
3. Some written material may contain drills, exercises, or questions.

There are two sections to the courses: practice/drills and theory.  Please watch the theory videos before you move on to practice/drills.  You should only complete one module per day because the material is very dense. Then it’s ok to watch all the parts of that module in the same day or sitting.
