Stephanie VaughnPsychologist, Ph.D.-HSP Psyche, PLLC was founded in Nashville, TN by Psyche. She is an associate faculty member of Vanderbilt University’s psychology and psychiatrist departments. She is a researcher. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for both adults and adolescents as a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™. She is considered an expert on Therapy-The management of oppositional behavior in adolescents through interfering behaviors and contingency management
Dr. Vaughn In the Department of Veteran Affairs, she worked with soldiers returning home from wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. She also assisted female soldiers suffering from Military Sexual Trauma. She is active in the teaching and supervision of DBT for Vanderbilt’s psychology & counseling students and doctoral interns, as well as psychiatry residents. She founded and currently runs Vanderbilt’s DBT Peer Consultation Group. She has been an expert consultant in a number of schools and hospitals across the country.
