These videos were very enjoyable for me. It was easy to follow the breakdown from beginner to advanced. Even non-engineering people can understand the concept.-Every beginner should buy it. I particularly like how Steve Included the segment on working with wrist and elbow problems. The short segment about incorporating your lats opens up many doors. The use of everyday objects was something I enjoyed. (chairs, etc.) Steve This video shows that you don’t need to spend a lot of money to apply the principles. I’ve been waiting for a good video on body weight to be released. There isn’t much to be criticized. The instructions were concise and clear, the colors looked great and the sound quality excellent. This set was also very enjoyable. I liked the knowledge tips regarding time static contractions. Also, the importance of burpee range of motion being priority over speed.
