The second part of the Alpha Code. It’s easier to work towards your ideal self when you have a clear vision of who you want to be. It’s easier to make tough decisions when you have respect for yourself. Our actions define us all. Those who set clear, quantifiable goals and have enough self-respect will be able to make difficult decisions.-Respect is more likely to make the difficult decisions that will either push us forward, or pull us back.
