2 Workouts
Two workouts are included in this DVD for the price one Tempo 8. Tempo 10:
1. Tempo The Total Workout takes 8 minutes (or 49 minutes). It is done at a steady, smooth pace and without any instruction. This workout is a bit more challenging than the Total Workout Beginner/Rehabilitation Level, even though repetitions remain at 8, Teresa takes the form up to the next level. Tempo 8 is a great exercise for all fitness levels.
2. Tempo The Total Workout is 10 reps (58 minutes). It is done at a steady, smooth pace with no instruction. This allows you to maintain isometric isolation and improves your form. This workout contains form tips to maximize your results with all T-Tapp workouts.

Tempo Arms
29 minutes
Tempo Arms are performed at a slower pace for better isometric isolations. This will ensure optimal results. While this is a complete body workout, it also emphasizes the deltoids and biceps as well as the triceps and latissimus Dorsi muscles. This workout includes the Butterflies, Triceps Curls, and 4 additional arm exercises.
Tempo Lower Body
60-minute workout (30 Standing/30 on the Floor)
Tempo Lower Body is a full-body workout that combines the movements of Total Workout and Hit The Floor with exercises Awesome Legs, Pretzel Twist, and Diva Derriere. This works to target trouble spots from waist-to knee, particularly inner and outside thighs, hip pads, and butt. This comprehensive workout includes a section that teaches you form tips and how to maximize any floor exercise.
Tempo Torso
31 minutes
Tempo Torso is a challenging exercise that’s done at a slow and smooth pace. Tempo Torso uses concentrated muscle movement to tighten the torso muscles and reduce fat. This workout includes the Advanced Hoe Downs exercises and Eye of the Tiger, along with an instructional bonus Target Pop section for Eye of the Tiger.
