Sita Devi I am a yogini and kirtan artist, as well as an ecstatic dance facilitator in the service of the divine. Sita feels the divine channel so deeply and intensely through Bhakti Yoga, she has chosen to make it her life’s purpose. She earned a BFA degree in dance from University of California Santa Barbara and performed professionally in Method Dance and Ledges and Bones Dance Project Los Angeles. Sita She has been teaching yoga for 10 year and is currently a registered Yoga Alliance instructor for 500 hours. After completing her 500 hour training, she was certified to teach yoga. Sita She began her teaching career at Bhakti Yoga Shala in Santa Monica, California. There she learned how to be a teacher and kirtan leader from Govind Das, her dear friend and teacher. She was a gypsy and went on tours to teach at conferences and yoga festivals around the world. Sita He teaches vinyasa and yoga yin classes weekly and leads a weekly community kirtan at Yoga Tree, Berkeley California. Sita The co-Cofounder and founder-Producer of the Ecstatic Dancing Retreat on the Big Island of Hawaii. Kirtan Walli. Sita He sings, plays harmonium, guitar and kartals, and has performed live with Jai Uttal and Donna DeLory, Jaya Lakshimi, Ananda, Jaya Lakshimi, Jaya Lakshimi, Jaya Lakshimi, Jaya Lakshimi, Dave Stringer and Govindas and Radha. Prema Hara, Joey Lugassey and C.C. White, Saul David Raye (Steve Ross), Craig Kohland and Craig Kohland of Shamans Dream.

Sita Has performed and taught at – San Francisco Yoga Journal Conference. Esalen Yoga Festival. Nantucket Yoga Festival. Sita Janet Stone collaborates with her, accompanying Janet in teacher trainings, retreats, and weekly classes. She offers live chanting classes, workshops and kirtans to the groups through this collaboration. She has also assisted yoga classes for Shiva Rea and Baron Bapiste as well as Saul David Raye, Sianna Shermans, Sianna Shermans, Ashley Turners, Eion Finn, Annie Carpenters, Micheline Berry, Elena Browers, William Dupreys, Govindas, Julie Mitchell.

She wants to make this practice accessible to everyone. It is her goal and dream to make Bhakti, devotional worship, accessible to everyone without restriction, expectation, discrimination, or judgement. Sita’s devotional service is intended to include all beings in experiencing divine love and light.
