Week 1: The Foundation: It will only take 20 minutes per day to complete the first week. This week we will be establishing the foundation of this program. This week, we will set a goal and learn how to enter a hypnotic state. We will also discover 10 limiting beliefs that can be used to create powerful positive affirmations. This course will teach you how to write powerful affirmations. You might be surprised to know that affirmations written by you can be as powerful as 10x.
Week 2 – Hunger Dial: Learn to differentiate between real hunger from emotional hunger.
Week 3 – Screen of the Mind: (Similar Weight You will use two screens in this session. You will see a screen showing your current weight, and another screen showing you the new behaviors and body that you will adopt.
Week 4: Access the Cause. In this session, you will return in time to the root cause. Sometimes just getting an understanding of what’s causing you to gain weight can help it resolve on it’s own. This will allow you to understand at a deeper level what beliefs are responsible. This level of awareness allows us to invite new resources into our lives, where we have been hindered in the past.
Week 5 – Drinking water: (Similar To Release Weight Water Not only will water help you to redue weight, it will help you with a wide range of other ailments, including stress, depression, fatigue, allergies, arthritis, and digestrion problems… just to name a few. Water has a tremendous effect on your body. These suggestions will help you lose weight and remind you to drink more water.
Week 6 – Exercise (Similar To I Love to Exercise). This week, we will be adding exercise to our program. You will feel the effects of exercise taking place… whether you excersize for 5 minutes or 50 minutes, it’s important to just get the habit going … this program will help you to integrate exercise into your life and overcome past hurdles to exercise you may have experienced.
Week 7: Healthy Eating. This week, the emphasis will be on healthy eating habits. This week’s sessions will change the way you look at food and allow you to enjoy nutritious foods.
Week 8: Metabolism: This week, we’ll use a hypnosis technique to increase metabolism. It will help you burn calories and boost your energy.
Week 9: Banishing Old Patterns of Behavior For Good: In this session, you will learn one of Neuro Linguistics Programming’s most powerful techniques. This technique was developed by a renowned psychologist and is widely used by students at Tony Robbins seminars and books. It’s called “Swish.”
Week 10 – How to melt fat (similar to cellulite removal) This session will focus on the inside of your body, your fat cells. Your subconscious mind controls everything, even cell growth. Even though you may be doing all the right things for your body, your fat may hang around a little longer than you’d like. This program will teach the subconscious mind how to get rid of fat.
Week 11: Redefining Your Body: You will be focusing on your body image. This session will help you to respect your body, your new eating habits, exercise and water consumption.
Week 12 – Maintenance: This program will summarize everything you have been learning over the last eleven weeks. These suggestions will help you to reinforce what you’ve already accomplished and give you motivation to keep going.
