Seven Things You Need to Know About WildFit
This is not a temporary detox.-Cleanse.
WildFit is a lifestyle. 90 It is all about dedicating time to ease your body into this new way.
You’ll never be hungry. Are you familiar with those programs that teach how to survive deprivation. This isn’t one of those programs. You’ll be satisfied every single day.
Our exercise requirements=ZERO. We would never (never!) encourage people to stop exercising. It is not our intention to discourage anyone from exercising. Many people believe exercise is the most important thing to improve their bodies. However, it’s not. It’s almost always all about the food that you eat. WildFit is focused on nutrition and food mindset.
You can’t go on! “I’ll do it someday” WildFit 90 It was deliberately designed to be a gradual process that will help you get significant results. 90 Days (and in many cases, even less!) This program will help you make positive changes in your life right now.
We won’t sugarcoat it: This won’t always be easy. Some changes will be easy while others may prove difficult. This is why coaching and the community are so important. You’ll be supported every step.
WildFit does not offer any special food. WildFit 90 Does not require that you purchase “special foods” Or “energy shakes” To complete the journey. All the foods you’ll be eating can be commonly found at your local supermarket.
