Hi, my Name is Yasmina Ykelenstam.
After searching for answers for decades, I was finally diagnosed with Histamine I was diagnosed with Hypersensitivity to Foods (HIT), and told that long-term elimination of healthy foods was my only option. My symptoms got better for a short time, but then they became worse until I had only five. “safe” foods. I didn’t know how food would affect me. “enough is enough” I used my decade-long research skills at 60 Minutes, BBC and CNN to find ways to heal my body of the effects of histamine inflammation.
My experience as a CNN/BBC journalist for 10 years has allowed me to explore many histamines.-Similar studies were conducted and interviews with top medical authors and healers to better understand my condition.
That information gave me the ability to regain control of my mind, body and soul. I now embrace the fridge and fields as my medicine cabinets, with lots of positivity, meditation and yoga.
From that place of pure joy, happiness and clarity, I decided to empower others with knowledge and guidance that would help them regain control over their lives and free themselves from the grip of histamine.
