About the Speakers
DIANE S. WRIGLEY. BS. PA-C
Diane S. Wrigley currently works in family practice and emergency room settings in Maine’s mid-Coast hospitals. As a Physician Assistant, she has worked with patients from all walks of life, including children and the elderly. She has extensive clinical experience in both preventative and chronic health care. Diane’s years in a broad-Her family-based medicine practice prepared her to be a provider in a 15-bed coastal hospital ER. Her duties included being the house officer at the in-Patients as well as five out-After hours, lying family medicine is a common practice. She is also an adjunct faculty at the University of New England Physician Assistant program lecturing and precepting PA students in a rural health care rotation and has been a lecturer in the Ship’s Medicine Course at the Maine Maritime Academy where she trained ship medical officers to render medical aid when out to sea.
Diane’s current practice is in a rural setting where critical thinking skills and strong physical assessment evaluations are required. Diane’s strategies and techniques have systematically and comprehensively improved patient outcomes.

ROSALE LOBO – PHD(C), MSN (RN), CNS, LNCC
Rosale Lobo Has 30 years combined experience as a direct-care nurse, faculty, administrator, legal nurse consultant, and administrator. Rosale She is a staff nursing at a large Connecticut teaching hospital and a clinical faculty member at Southern Connecticut State University. After starting her work with North Carolina attorneys, she expanded her independent legal nursing consulting practice to New York and Colorado. Her expertise has been used by plaintiff medical malpractice lawyers as an expert witness and as a consultant. “behind-the-scenes” consultant.
Rosale is a BSN graduate from Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York (1986) and she graduated magna cum laude with her master’s degree from Hunter College, New York. Rosale Presently, she attends Walden University, School of Public Policy and Healthcare Administration. She is completing her dissertation research about Nursing Documentation Policy. Rosale Guilty of Innocent, Protecting Your License Through Proper Nurse Documentation (PHC Publishing Group (2012)). She is a past member of the Connecticut Association of Legal Nurse Consultants and the American Society of Public Administration.
