About the Course Expert

Rosale Lobo, MSN, RN CNS, LNCC, Ph.D(C), PHD(C),Rosale Lobo Since 1989, she has been a nurse professional. While she completes her PhD at Walden University in Walden, she serves as a clinical faculty member at Southern Connecticut State University (New Haven) and Gateway Community College. Rosale She began her work with North Carolina attorneys and expanded her independent legal nursing consulting practice to New York and Georgia. Her expertise has been used by plaintiff medical malpractice lawyers as an expert witness and as a consultant. “behind-the-scenes” consultant.

Rosale is a BSN graduate from Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York (1986) and she graduated magna cum laude with her master’s degree from Hunter College, New York. Rosale Is the author of Guilty or innocent, Protecting Your License through Proper Nursing Documentation (PHC Publishing Group (2012) She is a past member of the American Nurses Association and American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. She is also a past member of the Connecticut Association of Legal Nurse Consultants’ educational board and the American Society of Public Administration. She is currently a board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
