I used to believe that being in good shape was something you could do only for a specific event or for a short time. I used to believe that anyone could have the body they want year after year.-round, and I’m sure I thought it was quite difficult. ‘wrong’. Boy was I wrong!
Nowadays, I maintain a slim physique all year. The best part? It doesn’t require me to give up any of my enjoyment, time, energy or money.
And I’d love to show you how you too can create the body of your dreams, and keep it.
Let’s just have a bit of honesty right off the bat here.
It’s okay to want to look sexy and hot and feel confident and proud of your body. ‘Vanity’ is not a naughty word, and nor is looking great something to pretend you don’t truly pine for just because you either think you can’t have it or else you have a little voice telling you not to be so shallow.
That was how I thought back in the days when I believed that I might never be able get. ‘there’.
It’s time to be loud and proud about what you want. Stop being passive. ‘hoping’ You can be a little leaner in preparation for next year’s holiday season. Stop pretending that your primary or sole motivation is to ‘improve your health and your energy’. To stop justifying the fact that you haven’t truly given it your all with platitudes like ‘I don’t want to get too obsessive’, or ‘it’It is not as if I could ever be. That lean’ or by saying you’d be happy just to lose a few kilos.
It’s time to call BS on the BS, and make a clear and determined stand on what you want.
Then, run like the wind to make it happen.
Here’s the thing; the truth about creating the body of your dreams.
Women who desire to transform their bodies are not only motivated by the physical changes they wish to make, but also because they recognize that changing their body can change their lives.
They inspire confidence. They are self-confident.-belief. Empowerment. Maybe a feeling that if they can do it, then they can do any other thing.
All true. They are all very true. All part of why I’m all about the saying ‘change your body, change your life’.
But don’t forget this –
IT’S O-FREAKING-KAY TO FEEL HOT AND LOOK GREAT!
It’s okay to admit you’d just love to have a flat tummy. Eliminate those saddlebags. Wear a pretty top or a singlet to feel confident.
All of us want this stuff! We all want to feel that the body we walk around in represents the efforts we make as well as our personal beliefs about how we live our lives; what’s important to us.
I understand the struggles of defining your body goals and staying motivated.
It haunted my soul for many years. It was a combination of fear and poor self.-Belief, uncertainty, overwhelm. Often feeling as though I didn’t know where to start. I was trapped in my own self-Negative behavior. After a weekend or night out, I am tempted to drift off the track for days. I lack the support, structure and systems that will make my dreams come true.
I’d veer back and forth between being so close to my goals that I could taste them (and occasionally even getting there!I would find myself back on track, only to be disappointed again. I was often lost and frustrated, sometimes not knowing how it happened.
I didn’t understand why I couldn’t just commit and follow through.
I didn’t realise that I had never been shown the big picture, that it wasn’t just about knowing what to eat or how to train but also about knowing how to make it work for me in a step-By-Step-by-step instructions and how to pay attention to your emotions and mindset when creating your dream body.
It came down to this at the end.
I finally decided enough was enough. I stopped listening and changing my mind. I found a coach that had made in their life the life I wanted. I used a step-by-step approach.-Step-You should plan for food, training, mindset, and emotions. I learned how not to hold on to my beliefs and fears, as well as how to handle myself.-sabotaging behaviour.
It was vital to me that I could live in my dream body. Life I worked tirelessly to acquire the knowledge, motivation, systems, and support needed to succeed.
While I wasn’t out of shape at the time, I didn’t feel confident about my body or proud of it. My training, nutrition, and my mindset weren’t at the level I knew they could be and the biggest driving factor for me in embarking on my photo-To feel proud about my accomplishments on the shoot journey.
You may also have an inner drive to improve your body. Possibly you’re not sure what that is, but it sure goes beyond just wanting to look good.
All that being said, the truth is that vanity doesn’t make either of us a bad person! It makes you an! honest Person who takes care of her body and knows that the outside reflects her inner health, vitality, and balance.
I made my dreams a reality and now it’s the way I live as well as the way I make a living. Will it? This will be the moment when you look back and say ‘that’s when it all changed for me’?
The truth of course is that most women will read such a call to action, recognise their deep desire to change, but tell themselves they’ll come back to it later on when they have some free time. When they’re ready.
Others may still disagree. ‘YES, this IS my time’. They’ll make a verbal commitment and feel excited and inspired, and then life will sweep them away.
Only a tiny, very small proportion of women will be able to calmly, confidently, and with absolute certainty, say yes to their own dreams. After that, they will take action and put in place the right systems and support.

I’ve fought emotional and binge eating and won. I’ve learned how to stop the yo-Yoing and Self-Do not despair, keep your dream body. I’ve done the post-Baby battle, the post-holiday battle. I know what it’s like to face frustration and overwhelm, to feel as though you’re giving it your all and getting nowhere or just to wonder why you can’t seem to stay on track.
Now I eat right, easily to nourish my body. I now feel and look the way I want. I can wear what I like. I enjoy the process and I certainly haven’t given up my favourite foods either!

I currently live on the Gold Coast of Australia, and I’m a single Mum to my two beautiful children, Alyssa and Nathan. My business allows me to travel extensively with it (sometimes with the children, sometimes with them), but I am able to remain completely location-independent.
