Fierce Relaxation This is a Four-week, online class intended to support men and women using Dr. Robert Glover’s program for recovering Nice Guys. Fierce Relaxation This is particularly important for those who have anxiety and are struggling to recover.
I am Roger NixI am a certified No More Mr. Nice Guy coach. I am also a recovering Nice Guy. For most of my life, I have been suffering from severe anxiety. It is a limitation of your life that I can understand.
This course will give you practical, non-technical information as well as practices to help you deal with chronic anxiety and fear.
The tools Fierce Relaxation This course will teach you how to manage your anxiety and to shift from external validation to yourself-validation. These tools have helped me and many others. These tools can work for you, I’m sure.

How the Class Works
Lessons
Register for Fierce RelaxationYou will be sent a link to the class resource page. Each week, a new lesson is added to the class page after the course starts. Lessons will most likely be delivered in writing. “lecture,” From there, you can download and print lessons and homework. Some audio and video recordings will be used in the course to complement the lessons.
Lessons will help you to understand the topic and yourself. These lessons will help you to apply the information in a practical, manageable way in your daily life. Each class will include discussion questions that encourage reflection and interaction between classmates on the internet forum. You will be able to use the information in your own life by completing homework assignments.
Discussion forums for classes
Each lesson will have a discussion section on the class resource page, where students can post their questions and assignments. Class members will be encouraged to read and respond to each other’s posts.

The course will have a strong component in the form of mutual support, modeling and accountability. Many people fail to realize that they can change their lives by trying to do it on their own, with a limited number of tools. Online forums can help you realize that you’re not alone and that your problems are not unique. They will continue to build on the idea of “what one man can do, another man can do.”
Online forums will be available for 12 more months after class starts so classmates can continue to support one another and stay in touch even after class ends.
Instructor Q&A Forum
The class will also have an online Q&A forum where class members can ask Roger Nix Questions relating to the lessons. Roger Nix Regular office hours will be held at least two times per week. He will answer these questions.
Live Q&A Sessions
The course will include a live, interactive discussion with participants Roger Nix. The Q&A session will last about an hour and will provide a forum for asking any question relating to the course. The class resource page will post the date and time. You will have the option to ask questions before the session if you can’t make it. The Q&A session will be recorded and posted in the class library.
Class Library
This class will have its own library. Roger Nix Podcasts, videos, podcasts, interviews, book suggestions, article links and more will all be posted on the topic. This useful library will assist class members in applying course information to their lives and putting their intentions into practice.
You can work at your own pace by reading the lessons and then logging in to the class forum to post and read at any time. Participation is possible at any time, from anywhere.
To ensure maximum attention and maximum benefit, the course is limited to 100 students.

Roger For more than twenty years, he was a realty developer-Five years. After several years of counseling men and leading groups, he was made a full-time counselor in 2008.-time life coach.
Roger Over 20 years of expertise in the treatment of anxiety and addiction issues. He became a Certified Practitioner in 2011. “No More Mr. Nice Guy” coach. Roger has co-edited with Dr. Robert Glover.-leading men’s groups.
Roger He has personal experience with anxiety, addiction, and co.-dependency. He is able to integrate healthy living and managing the many problems that we all face. Roger It is dedicated to helping men discover their true self.
Roger He currently resides in Seattle/Bellevue. He teaches and conducts workshops.-line classes and leads men’s groups throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Roger Has a degree from Eastern Arizona College. He also studied psychology at Antioch University in Seattle. He graduated from Coaches Training Institute, Vancouver, BC Canada.
